Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PaveVue, Inc. (“PaveVue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use pavevue.com and app.pavevue.com (the “Service”). PaveVue is a US-based service intended for business use.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, company details, and team-member accounts you create.
  • Property information: property addresses, geolocation and parcel boundaries, and related metadata you submit.
  • Imagery and inspection data: aerial and on-site photographs and survey data of the properties you register, collected by our inspection partners at your request. These depict properties, not individuals.
  • Billing information: billing address and payment-method details. Card data is collected directly by our payment processor through secure embedded fields; PaveVue never receives or stores full card numbers, and retains only the card type, last four digits, and expiration date for display.
  • Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and error diagnostics.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the Service: schedule inspections, generate condition reports, operate the quotation marketplace, and process payments.
  • To generate reports: property imagery and survey data are analyzed by automated and AI systems and reviewed by our assessment specialists (see Section 3).
  • To communicate with you: transactional notifications and emails about your properties, quotes, projects, and invoices, and, where permitted, occasional product updates and marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
  • To secure and improve the Service: maintain, develop, and protect the Service, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations: comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

3. Service Providers and How We Share Data

We share data only as needed to operate the Service, with providers acting on our behalf under contract:

  • Payment processing: Braintree, a PayPal service (billing details and payment methods).
  • Property inspections: field-inspection and aerial-imagery partners, including iVueit (on-site surveys) and Attentive/Beam AI (aerial takeoffs), which receive property address and location to perform the inspection you ordered.
  • AI analysis: property imagery and survey data are processed by third-party AI providers, such as OpenAI and Google, to help produce condition reports. These images depict properties, not individuals.
  • Maps and business data: Google (Maps and, where you connect it, Google Business Profile reviews).
  • Marketing and forms: HubSpot (contact and form submissions on our website and marketing communications).
  • Error monitoring: Sentry (technical error diagnostics).

We may also share information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies that are necessary for the Service to function, primarily a secure authentication cookie that keeps you signed in. Our marketing website may also use analytics or marketing cookies; where required by law, we provide a cookie banner that lets you manage non-essential cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and property data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We retain billing and tax records for at least seven (7) years to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We retain inspection imagery and condition reports for the life of the account and for three (3) years after account closure, unless you request earlier deletion and we are not required to retain them. Usage and log data are retained for twenty-four (24) months.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@pavevue.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and if we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our response. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, no opt-out of those activities is necessary.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and if we learn we have done so we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date; for material changes we will provide notice through the Service or by email.
